Refund and Return Policy

DC Home Interiors does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on any items offered for sale through our web store or in our physical store.

It is not possible for us to return items back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead, we ask you make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.

Please read all the details of an item carefully before purchasing. We encourage you to be confident about your order prior to submitting as all sales are final and non-refundable. Please take the time to thoroughly research the item(s) before proceeding through checkout. Verify your ship to address is correct. Verify the measurements will fit your needs. Verify the color will fit your needs. *Note: Color variations may occur for products that are handmade and variations from your computer settings may occur. If you have a question regarding an item, email us and we will be happy to assist you.

Once again – All sales are final.

Damaged/Incorrect Item

Occasionally a shipment might get damaged in transit. If this happens, we will do our best to take care of it immediately. Follow the guidelines below within 48 hours of receipt.

  1. Do not throw away any damaged items or packaging materials until we confirm you can discard them.
  2. Take pictures of the damage on packaging (if any) with address label visible. Take pictures of the item from different angles showing damage.
  3. Email weborders@dchomeinteriors.com with a description of damages providing as much detail as possible and provide all photos.
  4. Await further instructions from DC Home Interiors. We will instruct if you need to send the item back or discard the item.

Once we review your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been assembled, installed, or altered.

DC Home Interiors LLC reserve the right to deny any return/refund if criteria is not met.
