FREE Ground Shipping on orders within the United States.

Free Shipping Offer is for standard ground shipping within the United States. We do not offer any other shipping options. 

Standard Shipping

All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Items are shipped using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.  Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround. Items usually leave the warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Thereafter, shipment delivery can take up to 30 days. If items do not arrive within 30 days, contact us here.

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

Your order can be shipped to any address (excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO address) in the contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii. Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page.

Currently, we do not ship to international customers.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit

All sales are final. If your product was damaged in transit, the damage must be reported immediately. Occasionally a shipment may get damaged in transit. If this happens, we will do our best to take care of it immediately. Follow the guidelines below within 48 hours of receipt.

  1. Do not throw away any damaged items or packaging materials until we confirm you can discard them.
  2. Take pictures of the damage on packaging (if any) with address label visible. Take pictures of the item from different angles showing damage.
  3. Email with a description of damages providing as much detail as possible and provide all photos.
  4. Await further instructions from DC Home Interiors. We will instruct if you need to send the item back or discard the item.

Once we review your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.

DC Home Interiors LLC reserve the right to deny any return/refund if criteria is not met.

Providing The Correct Delivery Address

Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to alter the shipping address. Please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
